Jeffrey Oak, PhD
The founder and Principal of AnchorPoint GRC Advisory is Jeff Oak, who brings 25 years of experience in governance, risk and compliance. He has led the compliance and enterprise risk functions for several large organizations, where he also provided governance support. Under his leadership, one of these organizations was recognized nationally for innovation and among the World’s Most Ethical Companies®. He has also provided compliance and risk consulting for companies in the financial services, manufacturing, defense, technology and healthcare sectors, and early in his career was a lecturer in ethics at Yale University.
He has served on the Boards of Directors for organizations in healthcare, higher education, global development, professional associations and insurance.
Dr. Oak is currently Senior Advisor for the Ethics and Compliance Initiative, and Adjunct Faculty at Fordham University Law School.
